Harper’s HST: Making life more expensive for you
Stephen Harper’s Conservatives have a plan to harmonize sales taxes in BC and Ontario.
The HST will force families to pay taxes that used to be paid by business. Soon, big business will be paying less and families like yours will be paying more for everything from gasoline to internet service.
Didn’t we already bail out big business?
And Michael Ignatieff’s Liberals are on board too. The Liberal finance critic said the HST is “absolutely what the doctor ordered for the economy”.
Only New Democrats are working to scrap the HST and make life more affordable for everyday Canadians.
